Dr. Moskowitz is directeur van het Center for Family and Community Health, U.C. Berkeley School of Public Health. Dr. Moskowtiz onthult een nieuw perspectief op het onderzoek dat mobiele telefoons linkt aan een verhoogd risico op hersenkanker. Daarnaast bespreekt hij het huidige onderzoek dat draadloze EMV linkt aan een verscheidenheid van ziekten en implicaties voor de volksgezondheid. Hij belicht een recente film die hij mede produceerde, genaamd “Mobilize“, samen met de groeiende lijst van internationale wetenschappers die een beroep doen op de Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie om de huidige draadloze normen te herzien, zodat ze veilig zijn voor het publiek. Deze toespraak maakt deel uit van een conferentie over draadloze technologie en volksgezondheid op 10 oktober 2015 in Mountain View, Californië, gesponsord door de Santa Clara County Medical Association Alliance Foundation.
